To provide an opportunity for students to begin their careers by joining a professional engineering society, enhance students' technical competency, inform students of recent developments in the field of mechanical engineering, and promote fellowship and interaction with other engineering students, as well as professional members of the Society.
ASU ASME members come together to collaborate on technical ideas for club design projects, participate in club events, and discover opportunities to bring engineering talent into our communities for the betterment of society. We host three meetings per semester featuring a presentation from an industry representative with refreshments and dinner provided. Although we encourage official ASME membership, membership to our ASU ASME student section is informal and at no cost. We welcome everyone!
Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Goodrich, Orbital Sciences, APS, Bechtel, and more!
